The Macedonian contestants won one silver and four bronze medals at this year’s Junior Balkan Olympiad in Informatics (JBOI) that was held in Ohrid. Kliment Serafimov, student at "Yahya Kemal" high school, won the silver medal for Macedonia, while Mihail Denkovski, Gorjan Popovski, Jovan Tasev and Nikola Polincev won bronze medals. Nikola Anastasovski was also part of the team that represented Macedonia at JBOI 2012. This is the all time largest success of a Macedonian team at JBOI.
